Public-interest software inspection versioned methodology

A public record of software health.

Bridges, elevators, and food have condition records kept in public. The software underneath all three does not. This is that record: maintainability, engineering quality, security posture, ecosystem adoption, and governance, measured the same way for every repository.

Pyra is an enforceable authority layer for AI coding agents. It is a single Go binary that turns the decisions, requirements, and designs your team agrees to into 'Canon', which is: typed Markdown artifacts, validated against real standards, wired into a blocking gate sysetm, and served to agents over MCP.
