Публічний реєстр стану програмного забезпечення.

Мости, ліфти та продукти харчування мають публічні записи про свій стан. Програмне забезпечення, на якому тримаються всі троє, не має. Ось цей реєстр: підтримуваність, інженерна якість, стан безпеки, впровадження в екосистемі та врядування, виміряні однаково для кожного репозиторію.
